Q: How long before my flight should I arrive at your lot?

A: These days, with increased security, most airlines recommend arriving roughly an hour and a half or two hours before your flight. Therefore, we recommend you arriving at our lot 15 minutes prior to when you would like to arrive at the terminal.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation?

A: Most certainly not! We are a new, growing lot, and we always welcome drive-ins. However, a reservation allows us to not only guarantees you the daily rate that is on your reservation, but also allows us to prepare for your arrival.

Q: Does a reservation require payment?

A: No! Reservations at AirMarino are always free!

Q: I've never used off-site airport parking before. How does it work?

A: If you have never used off-site airport parking before, thanks for finally looking into it! Regardless of where you park off-site, we believe you will be pleasantly suprised how convenient and efficient it is.
 
Simply arrive at our lot (with ample time to your flight, of course!), and we'll do the rest! Once you arrive, you simply park your car in the designated lane you drove in on, and our drivers will carefully load your luggage into our van. We are a valet service, so we will safely park your car until your return. One of our cashiers will take your information, and before you know it, you'll be arriving at the terminal!

Q: How do I notify you upon my return?

A: Upon your arrival, please collect all of your luggage. Once all of your luggage is collected, you may call us at (412) 262-PARK (7275). Our vans operate on-demand, and you will be promptly picked up within 5-7 minutes outside commercial door #8.

Q: What if my flight is delayed, or my return flight arrives early?

A: No problem! If your flight is delayed or cancelled, and as long as you notify us within two hours, you will not be charged for your stay. We are happy to accomodate itinery changes! Your final total will be based on actual days stayed, not when you made your reservation.

Q: When do I pay?

A: Since travel plans can sometimes change, we ask that you pay when you return to our lot.

Q: Is the parking lot secure?

A: Yes! Our lot is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is secured with a fence. At AirMarino, we always watch your car!

Q: What if my flight plans change?

A: No problem, simply let us know! If your plans have changed before you arrive at our lot, or if they have changed during your travels, simply give us a call at (412) 262-PARK (7275), or e-mail us at reservations@airmarino.com.

Q: What happens if my car battery is dead upon my return, or my tire has leaked air?

A: AirMarino offers 24/7 jump start assistance, as well as flat tire assistance. These services are always free of charge to our customers!
